Riley Hospital Food Services

The Riley Cafeteria provides breakfast, lunch, and dinner and is located on the first floor in the hospital atrium. Next to the Cafeteria is a deli, Hubbard & Cravens Coffee Shoppe, and 24 Hour McDonald’s. The Patio Café is located on the first floor of the Riley Outpatient Center (ROC) by the gift shop. It provides a breakfast and lunch menu. There is also a vending area located on the first floor of the hospital in the Atrium Food Court.

Hours of Operation

Patient Meals

Meals for patients are served on trays and delivered to the bedside. If your child gets hungry between meals, ask your child's nurse about juices and snacks that are available on the unit.

Registered Clinical Dietitians

Registered Clinical Dietitians make sure your child's nutritional needs are met. If you have questions about your child's diet or wish to discuss special food requests, ask to speak with the dietitian.

Guest Meal Trays

If you want to eat with your child on the unit, you can purchase a guest meal tray by notifying your child's nurse four hours before the meal is served on the unit. The cost of the guest meal trays will be added to the hospital bill. Please note that guest meal trays are not covered by insurance.

IUPUI Campus Food Services

There is a food court at the IUPUI Campus Center with several quick service restaurants. Chancellor's and Our Den are a full-service restaurants located in the University Place Hotel and Conference Center. You can get a list of these restaurants and their hours of operation at the Information desk. In addition, there is a cafeteria in Indiana University Hospital on the first floor. Other dining options are available on the IUPUI Campus Dining Map.
